Monthly retainer
A full dedicated squad for a month. Cancel between sprints with 30 days' notice.

What can we outsource to Simatech?
A whole product team, a specific workstream (for example a payments service or a data platform), maintenance and modernisation of an existing system, or QA and DevSecOps capability alongside your in-house team.
How do we keep control of quality?
Definition of Done is agreed in Sprint 0 and enforced in CI: automated tests, code review, static analysis and a demo of working software every two weeks.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We work under a mutual NDA on request before any commercial discussion, and IP assignment is part of the master services agreement.
What is the minimum engagement?
A one-week scoping sprint at €8,000. There is no requirement to continue after it — you keep the outputs either way.
