Poredai is a digital menu and QR ordering system for restaurants. Guests scan a QR code on the table, browse the live menu and add to one shared table order from their own phones; the server then scans a single code to send the order to the kitchen. It runs as a multi-tenant SaaS with white-label branding and per-venue subdomains.

The problem: Restaurants wanting digital ordering are usually pushed into new hardware, a POS migration or a native app that guests must install.
What we built: A browser-only ordering layer that sits between the printed menu and the server. One QR per table, a live shared basket, and an admin panel where the venue watches orders arrive.
What makes it hard: Two Burgas venues run it in production on their own subdomains (rosmarii.poredai.com, milano.poredai.com), each with its own branded menu.

Scrumling is a free, gamified Scrum learning platform aligned to the 2020 Scrum Guide. It publishes 343 lessons across 33 modules, including role-play labs where the learner acts as Product Owner, Scrum Master or Developer, module quizzes that issue certificates, downloadable practitioner guides and a certification prep hub with timed mock exams.

The problem: Agile training is mostly slideware: you can pass a quiz on the theory without ever having made a trade-off under sprint pressure.
What we built: A structured curriculum wrapped around interactive simulation — read the lesson, play the role, then prove it in an assessment that unlocks the next module.
What makes it hard: Content at genuine scale — 33 modules with gated assessment, certificates and downloadable guides — running as a product rather than a course dump.
