4 — Ongoing scale-up or handover
Add roles with 30 days notice. Wind down when the product is stable, or transition to your permanent hires — we help with both.

Yes. All work-for-hire IP transfers to you on payment. No shared components, no vendor lock-in, no separate licensing on what we build together.
+Can we interview and reject engineers?
Yes — every named engineer goes through your interview loop before joining. If someone isn't a fit later, we replace them at our cost.
+Do you sign a UK / EU MSA and DPA?
Yes. We contract from Sima Tech Ltd (Сима Тек ООД), UIC 206762842, VAT BG206762842. We sign your MSA and DPA, or provide ours.
+How does invoicing work?
One monthly invoice per squad in EUR or GBP, 30-day terms, no hourly billing. Scale-up or scale-down changes take effect on the following month.
+What happens when the product is stable?
You can wind the team down with 30 days notice, or transition specific roles to your permanent hires. We support both handovers as part of the contract.
