Sprint goal, planning, daily stand-up, refinement, review, retro. All ceremonies in your timezone, all artefacts in your tools (Jira / Linear / GitHub).

Every sprint — Shippable increment
You get a working, reviewed, tested increment every two weeks — not a slide deck. Roadmap and burn-up visible to your leadership at all times.

Yes. We contract from Sima Tech Ltd (Сима Тек ООД), UIC 206762842, VAT BG206762842. We sign your MSA and DPA, or provide ours.
+Can you plug into our existing Jira / GitHub / Linear?
Yes. We work in your tools, your repos and your CI. We do not require you to migrate to ours.
+Is the code and IP ours?
Yes. All work-for-hire IP transfers to you on payment. No shared components, no vendor lock-in.

A scoping sprint can start within 10 business days of signature. Full squad ramp-up is typically two sprints (4 weeks) from kickoff.
